The Story Behind MCC
She saw the system from the inside — and built something better
Tanya Quinn spent years inside the NDIS system before she became one of its most prominent whistleblowers. She witnessed first-hand how providers were gaming the system — billing for services never delivered, cutting corners on care, and treating participants like line items on a spreadsheet rather than human beings.
Walking away wasn't enough. She founded Provider Check.
Now in collaboration with her brother Michael Quinn, they created
My Community Crew to prove that NDIS support could be done properly — with active, engaged support workers who actually show up and get stuck in.
